My Wife's Funny

Remember in the movie, It's a Wonderful Life, when Uncle Billy misplaces the wad of cash and Mr. Potter steals it?

Whenever I get sort of distracted, (like during the Christmas Rush) my wife calls me Uncle Billy.

"Now don't make any cash transactions today, Uncle Billy".

I just love her.

Christmas Gullibility Test

Mistletoe... Santa... NORAD and the North Pole.
Check your Alternative Winter Celebration knowledge here:

"Strange myths and legends buzz around Christmas like flies around reindeer. Can you separate the legitimate Christmas facts from the bogus ones?

Click 'True' or 'False' to make a selection for each statement. When you've made a selection for all twelve questions, a box will appear allowing you to see your score. "

You're heard of Dasher, Dancer and Prancer...

This is Peaches, the Pinto Reindeer. She's about 8 months old and just as sweet as a bowl of... well, Peaches.

I guess we're going to use this as our Christmas Card.

Y'all got the first peek.

Win ~ Blog Idaho ~ Swag (bumped)

I'm getting close to my 50,000th visitor.
This is pretty exciting for me since I started this blog less than 11 months ago.

It looks like it will happen this week.

In honor of this occasion I am going to give the 50,000th visitor a free baseball cap
a t-shirt.

Here's how it works, take a screenshot of my sitemeter when you think you're close to being the 50,000th visitor.
Send it to me in an email and if you're the closest one to the magic number, I'll send you your choice, hat or shirt.
(Of course you will have to provide your mailing address if you're the winner).

Here's a photo of the lovely SondraK, modeling one of the ballcaps.
